One of the biggest advantages of this place is the Rukita team, who are very friendly and responsive. Siska, who was on duty, responded to residents' needs very quickly. When I asked for a doormat after slipping once, the request was fulfilled right away. Thank you, Siska.

I want to say thank you — renting a room here for 6 months has been super happy! Lots of friends, hanging out and eating together with the other tenants, everyone's happy here & so many experiences. Maybe my only suggestion is about the water & stepping up cleanliness a bit more. But, I love Rukita.

The living units at Rukita are very comfortable and well-maintained. The room design is modern, clean, and functional, making it suitable for both short-term and long-term stays. The facilities provided are complete and fit residents' needs, from furniture and shared areas to easy access.

The staff here are very helpful — I sometimes forget to bring my key, and they're very fast to respond. The neighbors, the surroundings, and the security are top-notch!

It's my 4th year living in the same unit. Highlights I can share: the room is always kept in great shape by Yadi and Ria, always attended to, and the housekeeping staff are always responsive. I always give credit and appreciation for Yadi's good work.

The room matches the photos. The interior is comfortable and really clean, so it's great for staying long-term over several months. No problems with the building. Everything's fine — no leaks, the electricity is reliable, the internet is good, and the water quality is good too. Highly recommended.

The management staff were very helpful in guiding and explaining the rules and the conditions of the area outside the room. The common facilities and the room were shown in detail. Communication between residents and the manager (Fikri) is quite good.
