Turning an Idle Property into a Productive Asset

Before its transformation, the property was an unoccupied house in Menteng. Through Rukita’s Build to Rent (BTR) service, the existing asset was converted into a purpose-built rental property designed around the needs of today’s urban renters.

Rather than simply managing an existing property, Rukita’s BTR model covers the development process from the early planning stages through to daily operations. This includes feasibility studies, architectural and interior planning, construction, marketing, tenant management, and property operations.

For the Menteng project, Rukita retained the building’s main structure while completely transforming its facade and interior layout. The renovation and development process took approximately 12 months, resulting in a 30-room coliving property.
