Room / Unit Transfer Policy:

1. If you move to a unit managed by Rukita and the new unit has a lower price, your earliest possible check-in date will be 30 days after your current check-in date.
2. Transfers to another Rukita-managed unit can be processed once all payments are completed, including room fees, deposit, and any applicable penalties (for early termination of lease)
3. If you move to or from an Infokost Pro unit (managed directly by the property owner), whether the new price is lower or higher, your earliest possible check-in date will also be 30 days after your current check-in date.
