How to pay the bill
You can make your bill payment through the Rukita app by following these steps:
- Go to the "My Home" tab and select your booking.
- Click the "Pay" button.
- Choose your preferred payment method (bank transfer, virtual account, or credit card).
- Follow the payment instructions based on the selected method.
- After making the payment, click "I Have Paid."
- Your payment will be automatically verified within a few minutes.
If your payment status hasn't been updated after 30 minutes, please recheck your transfer receipt or contact Rukita Tenant Service for further assistance.
