You can make your bill payment through the Rukita app by following these steps:

1. Go to the "My Home" tab and select your booking.
2. Click the "Pay" button.
3. Choose your preferred payment method (bank transfer, virtual account, or credit card).
4. Follow the payment instructions based on the selected method.
5. After making the payment, click "I Have Paid."
6. Your payment will be automatically verified within a few minutes.

If your payment status hasn't been updated after 30 minutes, please recheck your transfer receipt or contact Rukita Tenant Service for further assistance.
