How the Referral Works

1. Share your referral code
   Copy and share your referral code with friends who have never stayed at Rukita.
2. Your friend gets Rp100,000
   Make sure your friend enters your referral code when making a booking. They'll immediately receive a Rp100,000 discount on their booking.
3. You get Rp250,000
   Once your friend successfully checks in, you'll receive a referral reward that can be redeemed as a rental discount or voucher worth up to Rp250,000.

Terms & Conditions

1. For Referrers
   • Referrers are eligible to claim a reward after the referred friend successfully books using the referral code provided and completes check-in at a Rukita or RuPartner unit.
   • For Rukita tenants: the reward is a Rp250,000 rental discount (Rukita units) or Rp200,000 discount (RuPartner units).
   • For non-Rukita tenants: the reward is OVO balance credited to the registered phone number Rp200,000 (Rukita units) or Rp150,000 (RuPartner units). Please ensure the registered number in the Rukita app has a valid OVO account.
   • Vouchers or rental discounts can be claimed via the Rukita App & Web.
   • Referral claims submitted before the 15th of the month will receive the reward within the same month (between the 23rd–31st).
   • Claims submitted on or after the 15th will receive the reward between the 23rd–31st of the following month.
   • The referral program applies only to new bookings and is not valid for customers who have previously stayed at a Rukita or RuPartner unit.
   • The referral reward will be void if the referred friend cancels the booking or fails to check in, whether due to the tenant's or Rukita's fault.
   • Rewards that are not claimed within 6 months will be automatically forfeited by Rukita.
   • Rukita reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions or terminate the referral program without prior notice.
   • If there are any signs of fraudulent activity or rule violations, Rukita reserves the right to cancel the reward for the related account.
   • Referrers who are also registered as Rukita Affiliates under the Affiliate Program are not eligible to receive incentives from the Referral Program.
   • One individual can only receive double incentives from one program at a time.
2. For Referred Friends
   • New tenants (referred friends) are eligible for a Rp100,000 discount on their first booking using a referral code during the booking process.
   • The referral code must be used to receive the referral code reward.
   • If the referred friend cancels the booking or fails to check in, the reward will be automatically voided.
