Upload power of attorney letter
A letter of authorization is required so that the deposit refund can be processed to an account under a different name than the booking holder.
You can upload the letter of authorization in the app by following these steps:
- Go to the "My Home" tab and select your booking.
- In the "Deposit Information" menu, click "Bank Account for Refund".
- Select "Change Bank Account".
- Enter the Bank, Account Number, and Account Holder Name, then click Save.
- If the Account Holder Name is different from the booking name, a pop-up will appear prompting you to "Upload Power of Attorney."
- Click "Upload Power of Attorney."
- (Optional) Click "Download Sample Letter" to get a letter of authorization template (PDF).
- Upload the letter of authorization as a photo or PDF file, then click Submit.
