Upload power of attorney letter

A letter of authorization is required so that the deposit refund can be processed to an account under a different name than the booking holder.

You can upload the letter of authorization in the app by following these steps:

  1. Go to the "My Home" tab and select your booking.
  2. In the "Deposit Information" menu, click "Bank Account for Refund".
  3. Select "Change Bank Account".
  4. Enter the Bank, Account Number, and Account Holder Name, then click Save.
  5. If the Account Holder Name is different from the booking name, a pop-up will appear prompting you to "Upload Power of Attorney."
  6. Click "Upload Power of Attorney."
  7. (Optional) Click "Download Sample Letter" to get a letter of authorization template (PDF).
  8. Upload the letter of authorization as a photo or PDF file, then click Submit.
