Change bank account details
Make sure the bank account number is correct and the account holder's name matches the booking name so the deposit can be processed and to avoid refund delays.
You can change your bank account in the app by following these steps:
- Go to the "My Home" tab and select your booking.
- In the "Deposit Information" menu, click "Bank Account for Refund".
- Select "Change Bank Account".
- Enter the Bank, Account Number, and Account Holder Name, then click Save.
