Deposit not yet returned
You can regularly check the status of your deposit refund in the app by following these steps:
- Go to the "My Home" tab and select your booking.
- In the "Deposit Information" section, tap "See details."

As additional information, your deposit will be refunded after you check out, in accordance with Rukita's deposit policy. The refund process takes approximately 10 working days for Co-Living units and 20 working days for Apartment units.
If the estimated refund period has passed or if you have any questions regarding your deposit refund, please contact Rukita Tenant Service.
