Guidelines for When Your Uploaded ID Photo Cannot Be Processed
If the ID photo you uploaded cannot be accepted by the system, it means there is an issue with the image — for example, the photo is blurry, has light reflections, or contains information that cannot be read. In this case, you will need to proceed with manual verification.
