App issue
We’re sorry if you’re experiencing any issues while using the Rukita app, such as the app closing unexpectedly, being unable to log in, buttons not working, or pages not loading. You can report the issue so our team can help review and resolve it.
To help us handle your report faster, please prepare (optional):
- Screenshots or screen recordings of the issue
- A short description of the steps taken before the error occurred
- App version and device type (Android/iOS)
After that, report the app issue by following these steps:
- Go to the "My Home" tab and select your booking.
- In the "Manage Residence" section, select "Services and Support."
- Tap "Submit a Service Request" and choose "Other Assistance."
- Select "Rukita App."
- Fill in the issue details, upload supporting files (if any), then tap Submit.
