Update Add-on

You can request an Add-on change by contacting Rukita Tenant Service. Before that, please make sure you understand the following terms:

  1. If the Add-on has not been paid
    • The Add-on change can only be processed after the payment window for the unpaid Add-on has ended (expired).
  2. If the Add-on has been paid
    • Rukita will first verify the Add-on that has been ordered.
    • Add-on cancellation can be requested if:
      1. The Add-on has not been used at all, and
      2. It does not involve cross month (spanning into the next month) or backdate (retroactive effective date).
    • If the Add-on has already been used, or if the request involves cross month / backdate, the change request cannot be processed.
