Update Add-on
You can request an Add-on change by contacting Rukita Tenant Service. Before that, please make sure you understand the following terms:
- If the Add-on has not been paid
- The Add-on change can only be processed after the payment window for the unpaid Add-on has ended (expired).
- If the Add-on has been paid
- Rukita will first verify the Add-on that has been ordered.
- Add-on cancellation can be requested if:
- The Add-on has not been used at all, and
- It does not involve cross month (spanning into the next month) or backdate (retroactive effective date).
- If the Add-on has already been used, or if the request involves cross month / backdate, the change request cannot be processed.
