Room issue

You can submit a room issue report through the Rukita app by following these steps:

  1. Go to the “My Home” tab and select your booking.
  2. In the “Manage Home” section, tap “Services and Support.”
  3. Select “+ Service.”
  4. Choose “Housing Assistance” service.
  5. Select the category and subcategory that match your issue.
  6. Fill in the details and add photos, then ”Submit”.

If you experience any issues when submitting a service or support request through the app, you can continue the process by contacting Rukita Tenant Service.
