If your laundry usage exceeds the available quota, additional charges will be recorded and added to your next month's bill.

Billing details:

• Excess laundry (per kilo) will incur an additional charge of Rp10,000 per kilo.
• Additional individual laundry items will be automatically included in the next month's bill without a separate payment.

You can monitor your remaining and used laundry quota in the Rukita app:

1. Go to the "My Home" tab and select your booking.
2. Open the "Laundry" menu.
3. Select the laundry period you want to view.
4. Check the usage details, including:
   • Total quota
   • Used quota
   • Remaining quota
