You can request a room cleaning through the Rukita app by following these steps:

1. Go to the "My Home" tab and select your booking.
2. In the "Manage Home" section, tap "Services and Support."
3. Select "+ Service."
4. Choose "Housing Assistance" → "Check-in Support."
5. Select the subcategory "Room Not Tidy and Clean."
6. Fill in the details and add photos, then Submit.
