There is damage inside the room

You can request a room repair through the Rukita app by following these steps:

  1. Go to the "My Home" tab and select your booking.
  2. In the "Manage Home" section, tap "Services and Help."
  3. Select "+ Service."
  4. Choose "Housing Assistance" → "Check-in Support."
  5. Select the subcategory "There Is Damage."
  6. Fill in the details and add photos, then Submit.

If you experience issues submitting a room repair request through the app, you can continue your request by contacting Rukita Tenant Service.
