This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the mobile application (mobile app), features, services, and products (collectively referred to as "Application"), unless governed by a separate Privacy Policy.
Please read this Privacy Policy thoroughly to ensure that you understand RUKITA's data protection provisions.
By agreeing to the Privacy Policy, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to all its terms. In particular, you agree and consent to RUKITA processing your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
If you provide personal data to RUKITA relating to other individuals (such as personal data relating to your spouse, family members, friends, or other parties), you represent and warrant that you have obtained consent from such individuals, and hereby consent on their behalf, to the processing of their personal data by RUKITA. RUKITA may request proof of such consent from you at any time.
You may withdraw your consent for any or all Personal Data Processing at any time by providing RUKITA with reasonable written notice. You may also withdraw consent for RUKITA to send certain communications through the "opt-out" facility, the "unsubscribe" option available in the messages RUKITA sends, or using the options available on each communication medium RUKITA uses to contact you. Withdrawal of your consent may result in the termination of services, deletion of your account, or termination of your contractual relationship with RUKITA, with all rights and obligations arising therefrom being fully met. Upon receiving your withdrawal of consent, RUKITA may (but is not obligated to) inform you of the possible consequences of such withdrawal so that you can decide whether you still wish to withdraw your consent.
